At Simply-Helping we understand life happens and we have designed a user-friendly cancellation policy.

​Group Healings – If you need to cancel, we will forgive your first missed session and allow you to attend the next available group healing session.

 

Private Sessions – If you need to cancel, please do so via email AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the session or you will forfeit payment.

 

Retreats (Virtual or Live)– We offer a 100% refund if you cancel by midnight 61 days prior to the date of the retreat.  25% of the event fee is non-refundable 60 days or less prior to the event.  We offer a 50% refund if you cancel 15 days prior to the date of the retreat. There is no refund for cancellations made after midnight 14 days or less prior to the event.   All cancellations must be made by email to ILoveSimplyHelping@gmail.com.

Note - If retreat is canceled by participant, 75% can be transferred to a new date if cancelation is 30 or more days prior to event start date.  25% of payment is non refundable and non transferable after that time.  If participant is a no show 100% is non-refundable.
